One to One Counselling

 

Counselling is a safe, confidential and empathic way to help you offload your concerns and give you the space to find your own solutions. It is non-judgemental, person centred and always in your best interest.

Issues can range from Depression, Abuse, Bereavement, low self-confidence or whatever you want to talk about.

Every one to one session lasts one hour, once a week or fortnight and for as long you feel you need.

Family Therapy

 

Family therapy allows the family members to explore in a therapeutic and safe setting, how they communicate together. This then highlights what is helpful and what is unhelpful. We find ways of working together that benefits each member of the family. The aim is to seek understanding without blame so the family can move forward.
