Therapy Testimonials

“I would like to thank you for being a fantastic counsellor, my sessions with you really have changed my life. Working with Sheila was one of the best life changing decisions I have ever taken. I can honestly say that how I felt at the end of my counselling exceeded all of my expectations. I found Sheila very easy to talk to, supportive and empathic. There were no topics that I felt unable to broach and more importantly, I knew I would not be judged. As a result of the counselling, I feel so much better about myself, and definitely feel in a much better position to deal with the harder situations in life”

“Only 5 months ago, I was in a very dark and lonely place. I couldn’t stop crying and wanted to give up on everything. I had spoken to some friends but they knew they were limited in how they could help me and encouraged me to seek further help. I found Sheila. Sheila was amazing in helping me discover what I had hidden and why. The negativity and anger were allowed to flow but humour often came out in each of the counselling sessions we had. After 3 months of sessions, I started to do things I had never done before. I had the confidence and belief again (I used to be told I was bubbly and effervescent all the time). And that’s how I feel now … Effervescent. Thank you Sheila for helping me to make that change, back to how I used to be, but better”
