This months’ blog post is about being honest. In April I performed a new mental health show at the Lichfield Garrick. As part of the show I sang songs that I have never performed to an audience because they are so personal to me and were written when I was deep in depression. I hoped that by being honest about my feelings at that time, would help others and it did as so many people could relate to how I felt at that time and recognised they were not alone.

Folks we all have down days. We all get depressed at some point and its’ ok to be honest when you are having a low day. There is a good chance that the person you are talking too is having a down day too.
The more honest you are, the more you accept it and allow it to pass.

My next Mind Management workshop will be on Saturday the 30th April in Shenstone. The workshop is for those of you who want to build your awareness and identity, challenge negative beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours that might be holding you back and make positive changes.

If you missed my first Mental Health Show at the Garrick in March last year then you have a chance to see it again as I will be performing the same show at the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre on Thursday 23rd June.
